MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc.: " a problem with Moneygram because of my names"

i am a student from yemen who lives in germany and had a problem with Moneygram because of my names. In most arabic countries we have First Name, Last Name and also the Grandfathers name as official name, this is also written in the Pass! When sending money, they just show two options (First Name and Last Name)so when I went to pick the money, it was denied because in the original formular my Grandfathersname was not included and it is on my pass.
I think is really impossible to find a person who matches all the information exept one name...I mean they verified my sending number, names, address, current city/country and telefone nr.
I also went to pick up the transfer and the first two times before today. The first time, they said i should come another day because they did not have enough time to process the payment. The second day, I went afternoon with enough time before closing time and then the cashier said theat moneygram was already closed?! I think the information and service is really poor. I understand about security measures but this is really non-sense!
